What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process that helps you clear mental clutter, take action to be the person you want to be and to achieve what you want. Coaching is based on the present and looks forward to the future. At its heart, coaching is a relationship between a coach and you based on a series of conversations about you. This relationship provides you with a safe and supportive environment to help you explore you. There is no judgement, no criticism, no solutions – just unconditional support and acceptance and some suggestions you might be willing to consider.
Coaching also requires action and commitment on your part. It offers you the opportunity to take responsibility to create a life you love. It is not for the faint hearted or people who want instant quick fixes or someone else to solve their problems.

How I coach
inTune Coaching uses the Hart Life coaching model known as The Heart Process. This model teaches you a way of being and living based on values. We spend time exploring becoming aware, how to make conscious choices, how to let go, becoming congruent and developing habits to support you.
Individual coaching addresses all these areas based on your needs and requirements and where you wish to focus.
What happens?
We start with an introductory, free, no obligation 45 minute session where you tell me your story and what you would like to achieve from coaching. This gives you a chance to try before you buy and for me to see if I can help you. This can be face to face or done over the telephone (I ring you).
If we both agree to proceed, coaching sessions are normally an hour long and generally weekly or fortnightly. I have found that people get the most benefit from having 4-6 sessions no more than a fortnight apart. After this the period between sessions can be longer but should be at least monthly. You can pay as you go for each session ($80.00) or buy a block of 4 sessions ($288.00 – a 10% saving) or 6 sessions ($384.00 – a 20% saving). See shopping cart.
There are no contracts and you can stop at any time (pre-purchased block sessions do not attract a refund if these sessions are not used unless I cancel the coaching). All I require from you is a willingness to participate fully in the process.
I provide a follow up summary email from each session with homework for you to do for the next session. You can contact me at any time by email.
